Dynamic Products Inc., a privately held company, was founded in 1969 by Ron Lindquist and Roger Black and operates in Houston Texas. Over the years, the company successfully grew their Butt-Weld Fitting and Induction Pipe Bend business in the NAFTA Oil & Gas, Petro-Chemical, Refinery, Power Generation, Nuclear and Pipeline industries.
Dynamic Products Inc. is operating at 2 manufacturing locations within a one mile radius from each other. At the main location about 80 people are employed in sales, administration and production (receiving, raw material storage, cutting, forming, bending, mandrel forming, heat treatment, sand blasting, quality lab, final inspection and shipping) and approximately 10 additional employees work at the second location to machine (beveling) and additional storage of raw material.
1969
Founded by Ron Lindquist and Roger Black in Oregon to service the paper mills piping needs and supplied products to the Gulf Coast Area.
1970
Moved operation to Houston, TX to be closer to Gulf Coast customers.
1972
Achieved ASME “U” and ASME “PP” Certification.
1984
Purchased Pipe Bending machine with production capabilities up to 60” diameter.
1985
Expanded Butt-weld production capabilities up to 92” diameter.
1985
Added Sales representation on the East Coast and West Coast.
1986
Purchased land & facility in Houston, TX and set-up Bending and Butt-weld production operation.
1986
Installed Mandrel Forming machine with production capabilities up to 48” diameter.
1995
Purchased additional land & facility in Houston, TX and set-up new machining center operation.
1998
Obtained Canadian Registration Numbers (CSA)
2008
Achieved PED Certification.
2015
Implementation of Dynamic Process Management System (DPMS)
2016
Achieved ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
2017
Implementing Lean Manufacturing.
